The Holiday Villa Coconut Village A1 has 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 bedroom with single bed and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is with air con. The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a glas gable front with large windows and a wonderful view on the beach garden and on the sea. The villa has an own garage with remote control to open the door. This villa provides enough space for maximum 5 persons.

The rental rate is 5,300 Baht/night during low season, 7,000 B/night during high season and 7,400 B/night during the Christmas- / New Year peak season. (Rates plus service charge and VAT, see price list at the bottom of the page).

House specifications

The Holiday Villa in Coconut Village is on the first row direct on the beach of Bang Por located. The guest has a very nice view on the palm garden on the beach and on the sea from the precious wooden terrace.

The terrace of the villa is roofed and covered with wood. Ceiling fans, sun beds and a small sitting corner provide cosiness in the shade. Each bedroom has air con. The first bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom. From the Master bedroom with glas gable front on the first floor, the guest has a very nice view on the beach and on the sea. There is only one single bed in the slightly smaller 2nd bedroom on the first floor. The built-in kitchen in the living room is very well equipped.

There are altogether only 15 houses in Coconut Village Resort. All are built from precious wood and in the same style. They are unique on Koh Samui, due to their design and their beautiful location on Koh Samui. The sand beach of Bang Por is 3,5 km long and unique on Koh Samui. There are only very few tourists as well as locals on this beach. There are many good thai restaurants in walking distance. Thai food is generally appreciated and very healthy as well.

9 Holiday Houses are direct on the beach of Coconut Village located. The remaining ones are on the 2nd and 3rd row.The swimming pool with its crystal clear water has a small separate pool for children and a whirlpool. It is very idyllic and located in the palm garden of the resort and surrounded by tropical plants which are flowering almost the whole year.
