The Holiday Villa Coconut Sands S9 is built with bricks and is surrounded by a camouflage wall. It has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds for children plus its own WC/shower. The villa has its private swimming pool with sala and Jacuzzi in the inner courtyard. Each room has air con. The built-in kitchen is very well equipped. This villa provides enough space for 6 adults and 2 children.

The rental rate is 11,900 Baht/night during low season, 12,800 B/night during high season and 14,200 B/night during the Christmas- / New Year peak season. (Rates plus service charge and VAT, see price list at the bottom of the page).

The Holiday Villa Coconut Sands S9 is on the 4th row in the beach garden of Bang Por. It is surrounded by a camouflage wall and has a private swimming pool with sala and Jacuzzi in the courtyard.

Each bedroom is on the ground floor and has en-suite bathrooms. There is a roofed terrace which runs along two sides of the swimming pool.

Each room, the living room and the room for the children as well, are with air con. There is a large sofa set and a dining table for 7 persons in the living room. The built-in kitchen with its built-in electric stove is very comfortable.

There are altogether only 10 houses in Coconut Sands. Almost all are built from precious wood and in the same style. They are unique on Koh Samui, due to their design and their beautiful location on the island. The 3,5 km long beach of Bang Por is unique on Koh Samui and, so far, free from mass tourism. There are only very few tourists and locals on the beach. There are many good thai restaurants within walking distance on the beach. The guest will enjoy thai food, particularly fresh seafood.

The swimming pool with its crystal clear water has a small separate pool for children and a whirlpool. It is very idyllic and located in the palm garden direct on the beach and surrounded by tropical plants which are flowering almost the whole year. From the pool, the guest has a wonderful view on the beach and on the sea.
